Pro-Active Security uses external courier service for delivery. The shipping cost is calculated during the checkout process. Special arrangement will need to be made for deliveries beyond Namibian boarders.

Delivery takes 2 to 5 days in Windhoek and 3 to 7 days outlying areas. Free delivery inside Windhoek for order above N$1500.00.

If you need to collect your order immediately or within a 24 Hour period, please confirm availability of stock before placing your order.

Items purchased will be available for collection at our Pick-up Point situated at 34 Simeon  Shixungileni (old Bismarck) street Windhoek.

Not all our products are kept at our warehouse. Products may need to be ordered from our suppliers. Pro-Active Security will notify you should there be any waiting period or your product being unavailable. We will offer you a refund should the waiting period not meet your time frame requirements or any products not being available to fulfil your order.
